Weekend walks? What is that all about?
We managed to locate a number of walks within an hour of London. Getting out into nature is one of my favourite things to do. It’s good for the soul and it’s good for the mind. There have been studies suggesting that spending time in nature can make you Kinder, Happier and more Creative. Which explains exactly is what this series is about. Inspiring you to leave the house and spend some time in nature. Each week I will post a new photo series along to links to information about how you can do it too.
